I've used woozone plugin before, I faced a problem with the prices not updating, you know in amazon, prices for products changes all the time, I tried many things but was unable to fix this, did you do a cronjob to update prices on your site?
Also, about your IG accounts being banned, are you sure the reason is different proxy region and phone # region? I am afraid you are using non-aged "fresh" IG accounts, this might be the reason of your accounts being banned.
