But for real. It seems to me like it could be one of those spoof things, where someone has like a clone of Facebook, fake, and collects info like that. Can you post the URL of the website you're visiting? Is it facebook.com, or something else?

Same happened to me for running ads of a product that infringed copyrights, I don't have a FB account now. I run a few purchased accounts on proxies for my ad accounts now, and am more careful with the FB ToS. I am sure FB has a reason to ban you.
Also, the $20k sounds like complete bullshit. Post a screenshot of Facebook asking you $20k if it's true, otherwise stop lying. Facebook is a huge asshole, but it bans for legitimate reasons.

Not hacked. His account got closed for legitimate reason.
They don't resemble facebook BUT Perkins Coie is a lawyer firm working for Facebook. They sent the email to so called SMMguru on behalf of Facebook. The email and the person Catherine M. Del Fierro (attorney working on behalf of Facebook) who sent the email are legitimate.
OP obviously violated Facebook TOS and got his account closed.

Facebook can't control everything. If one account is banned you can make another one. Facebook is blocking/banning that particular account. Facebook can't block your IP address and they can not block your name.
