I had purchased their premium web hosting package for 4 years in 2019

Something has happened because I used to see a lot of threads recommending them and now you are the second one to make a bad post about them in half an hour. Either they are getting really bad or competition is out to get them:)

I don't know how to do a chargeback cuz never had to use such a thing. I paid using a debit card, not Paypal.

"That's great you have tried everything" ... Pack the bags and move to another hosting company. Also, avoid any EIG company.
I also heard bad things about the SG support (they act like in your screenshots), so keep this in mind.
 
Hostinger is scrap go to some hosting provider in marketplace on bhw get cheap vps and install whatever
 
I hate them, bit are u sure your issue is related to their hosting and not something that showed up from your wordpress settings?
 
I think that you need to check for all possible reasons that happened. It could be because of the provider and could be on your side as well (might be the same issue with new provider). No one can prevent you from moving and changing the provider, but that will be really good for your to know about the real reasons.
