My channel getting LOW New Views than Returning Views - FIX?

Hi, Experts,
For past 4 months my channel getting low "New Viewers" than "Returning Viewers", Due to that i lost 50% of the views and earnings. I tried all to get more new viewers but failed. So i need your help to fix it.
Do my channel shadow banned or something else, Kindly help.

I guess you'd need to promote your channel (maybe in social media), invest more time in SEO and keep creating content, your videos seems to be high quality as your viewers keep going back to watch your new videos, this is good.
