My backlinks aren't making a difference?

Hello, i have a question. I have built out backlinks on web2's for high da sites that are "********". I have built these links about 2 weeks ago, and submitted these links to "indexification" ( a tool to index links). These links are specifically going to a blog post page on my moneysite. I have the KW in the URL/title/header/content on my moneysite, and the anchor text on the web2's is varying between emk/pmk for these links.

Im wondering why i havent seen any results or anything? I understand i may be being impatient. But im also wondering, do i need to send traffic to these links in order for this to work properly? - What i mean is, the backlinks that i created, do i need to use a traffic bot software for these links in order to get some traffic? (i hope this makes sense, it should).

What are your thoughts? Anything helps. I am open minded and just trying to learn how to do this effectively/efficiently and in a timely manner. I dont want to have to wait 6/mo for a low KD KW. The keyword im targeting is a KD 20-30.

Comment below please lmk! Point me in the right direction - Direction is more important than speed because many are headed nowhere fast. I just need to know what to do. I have read "art of seo", i have read blogging books, so many of them just regurgitate the same info. I need to know the real moves i have to make to see results. I still am looking and have been looking through BHW to find out more information. I am creating this post because i cannot find anything yet that is specific to what i am curious about/ the problem im facing.

Try getting new types of links rather then get hands on web2.0s and building tiered backlinks , so get good mix diversified backlink!

Did you cross check, your all links are indexed? and if you didn't seen any fluctuation then you need to build more quality links with some quality content. Also you have to wait lil more.

Authority meaning PA?

Web 2.0 are dead, build PBN Links (if you are greyhat or blackhat), and make no links + focus on churning out lots of content if you are whitehat. I am not sure why are you even asking this question as these strategies have gone dead 1-2 years ago. They just don't work.

This isn't going to cut it.

It's better to have no backlinks than have poor quality backlinks

1. Have your checked if your links are indexed?
2. Those web2 properties have DA 0 and no traffic. Those links have practically no value. You need to build links to those web2. Cheap PBN links will do but you need to do it slowly. Ideally, you want to rank your web2 sites for a few keywords.
3. Build other links... link building never stops.

Do i need to get traffic to these backlinks or just build the links? If the links dont receive traffic how will it work?

I am asking the questions because i had a question? And im not sure if its "dead" why do you say this. What can you show/provide/prove that this is dead? As of 1-2 years ago, how do you know? How can you prove it/verify what you are saying.

Find parasites that rank, publish your high quality articles with a link to your website. The chances are these parasites can outrank your money website and drive traffic along with link justice so choose your keywords carefully.
