I agree, but all im saying is that he can get sued becouse he got busted thats all. And moving to a diferent server in another country will not help him becouse they are both from france and they both live under french court juristiction, you can say what every you want but thats how things work.

Lol im tired of this thread, have it your way. But don't be surprised if foreign hosting company still reviles your or somebody else identity.
