My autoblog : not under radar anymore !

Hi,

I've start an autoblog about technology 3 weeks ago. The traffic grows up almost 150+ uniques/days... I don't rewrite artcile, juste duplicate them with AutoBlogged (WP Plugin)...
Everything is fine, Google like me, I have few backlinks of PR4+..
But, (there's always a but...) a lot of blog know I duplicate them , some of them write a post about my autoblog :

What should I do ? Stop duplicate him for a while ?
Should I move my autoblog on a China or another country where they don't have the same rules about copyright ?

You could stop using his posts, the internet has more than enough content on technology for you to play with.
 
Bask in his free backlink juice and stop duplicating his content esp since he now links to you ;)

Yes, I'm sure I can mix AdSense and AdBrite since it's not EXACTLY the same look...

Just move to China and forget about his crap, or anyone else's for that matter.
 
Who cares? The worst thing that could happen would be reporting to google adsense...well, there's plenty more fish in the sea. Perhaps he won't even do anything about it, if you offer him to link to his blog or remove it.
 
Just be happy he linked to you!
His post will bring you more traffic.

Why ?

1) Milke duplicate my text :(

2) there is no email on his blog, i can't contact him :(

I am very disappointed from Milke. I don't understand his attitude.

He don't listen thaorius.

So i write 2 new text about Milke.

and the next is legal if there is no other solution

Dude you should stop stealing other peoples content its wrong. It takes time to write and research an article, at least you should rewrite it. And if Im DavidF i would take legal actions, because his post are his intellectual property and he can sue your ass;)
 
So it would seem that the guy is pissed that you are taking his content, publishing it on your site, and not crediting him. Sounds justifiable.

I don't know the specifics of the exact plugin that you are using.. but can you make it so that it provides a link back to the original publication at the end of the article? I would think if you did that, he'd have nothing to be pissed about, you're providing a link back to him.

Either that, or can you set it up so that it needs mod approval before it posts, and manually add in the link, or just not publish things from his site.. yeah, I know more "work" needed.. but if you can schedule things in advance - you'd only need to give it some attention once every few days or whatever.

- just my 2 cents. (wth.. don't we have a smiley/icon for this? Looked but didn't see it)

My opinion, Milke - just take off his content. There will be others that won't care or won't realise that you have duplicated their content.

DavidF has realised, and tried to contact you, do the right thing with him, and take the articles from a different website.
 
Lol it doesn't matter where the server is, as long as the Milke is in france, he can get sued

ROFL. google steals/scraps all our content & sticks CPC ads beside it & calls it a search engine...yet no one says its wrong. How the fuck can someone steal your content when they are using your RSS feed?
 
The difference is that milke says its his content.
When or where did you see google saying that content from search engines is theirs?

Since when does stealing content a big sin here? I mustev missed the memo.

Refusing to take down the content is not a wise move though, when youre busted, take it like a man, apologize and move on.

whatever ma mate, move your autoblogs to Iran/China/Hong-Kong or any other Warez Hosting...they'll be giving a crap to copywrite problems ^^
