My autoblog got email for Trademark

Hi everyone,
I'm new here, but can you get sued for having a so called trademark in the domain name? I have recently bought a domain name with optionetics in it. If I make a website about options or stock trading, can I get sued?
btw....sorry to hear about your problem, but you have some pretty cool sites. Would you care to pm me how you set up the autoblog? I'm totally new to affiliate marketing, but want to promote amazon & ebay.

Yes, you can be sued. Any time you use a trademarked name (especially for financial gain) you run the risk of being sued. You can still register the domain names, just don't base your financial future around them because you will most likely lose the domain name at some point.

Yuo have not make PPC campaigns bidding on those keywords.
Your domain doesn't contain any trademarked word (I don't think acne is trademarked).
The last month Adobe has done a great action against domains containing the word "flash" and running commercial activity in Flash development. Flashden has been forced to move to Activeden.
This is not your case.

any brand name is intellectual property and we cant use it even if we are selling that product we need to have a written consent. But usually company don't do it. I am no a lawyer.
so above post and some answers give this view that we need to avoid these names from header tags , title tags and domain names.
but cld we use url as website.com/brandnamereview.html
and title as "brand name review " ?
?

The attorney didn't email me anymore regarding the proactive word on my site, at least after i'm making a thread here.
But for my safely i had removing the word proactive from my title

You've still got "proactiv" on the site... and it's even in the subtitle. So I guess this problem just kind of disappeared?

Just as a heads up, the problem may not be gone. My most recent domain dispute took a several months to resolve. I spoke to a company rep at first and then their lawyer sent me a letter 4 months later after I said I wasn't going to comply with their request. You can ignore them of course but if they want the domain, they will get it.
Just Continue With Your AutoBlog(if you're not in the US, these guys can't do much). Geez, Most of these "Companies" Annoy Me. I got a similar email sometime ago from a lawyer named Micheal Terry and I simply replied them with this message:
