My autoblog got email for Trademark

I am a law student, but not a lawyer, so this is not legal advice. But what do you imagine could be a possible defense to that letter?

I'm new here, but can you get sued for having a so called trademark in the domain name? I have recently bought a domain name with optionetics in it. If I make a website about options or stock trading, can I get sued?

Yes, you can be sued. Any time you use a trademarked name (especially for financial gain) you run the risk of being sued. You can still register the domain names, just don't base your financial future around them because you will most likely lose the domain name at some point.

Whatever you do, don't list her email in a crawlable forum (like this one), otherwise the spam bots will find her email address and she will get thousands of emails about viagra and penis enlargement.

The attorney didn't email me anymore regarding the proactive word on my site, at least after i'm making a thread here.

But for my safely i had removing the word proactive from my title

How much are you making from that site on average? If it's not a lot, I wouldn't really bother. Fight them a bit, cave in if it turns out their serious. If you're earning a lot, fight them with all your will

Just as a heads up, the problem may not be gone. My most recent domain dispute took a several months to resolve. I spoke to a company rep at first and then their lawyer sent me a letter 4 months later after I said I wasn't going to comply with their request. You can ignore them of course but if they want the domain, they will get it.

Just Continue With Your AutoBlog(if you're not in the US, these guys can't do much). Geez, Most of these "Companies" Annoy Me. I got a similar email sometime ago from a lawyer named Micheal Terry and I simply replied them with this message:

G'day Mike,

I've received your message and I've forwarded it to my legal practitioners who will look into it.
I'll see you in court.

As funny as it sounds it worked like a charm and I never got a single email from him again (foolish cowards).

If you sound ignorant and afraid, these guys will take advantage of that and screw you up BIG TIME. Just sound confident and ask them to explain what they're talking about.
