My ads management service your leads

I'm selling Google Ads management services mainly in Germany. Now, I'd like to expand to UK, US and even mote countries but I'm having a hard time.

The business is already setup and everything is in it's place from Case Studies, Website, Funnels, etc.

I'm preferably looking for someone who'd generate leads and also close them by phone or mail.
