My ads after click on image miniature

Hello,

i didnt find any answer on my question anywhere. So please help me.

If is possible, or exist some service to show your image and ads together from forums?

For example:
You upload anywhere your image and paste miniature of pic on FORUM. If somebody click on that image, he will be send to destination url with bigger image and together pop-up your ads.

Every image hosting show own ads after you click on image. How we can join our pics and our ads together?
