My Account was Permanently Disabeled

yeah bro that sucks, when they say permanently disabled its almost never coming back. u can still try to appeal tho, explain calm what happen, sometimes they restore if its mistake. make sure u login from clean device n ip too, i seen bans stick if u try same setup again. just dont rush making new acc or they catch it fast. hope u get it back man.

Sorry to hear that, I had few clients who got this ban for no reason. Hope they will restore this account, but if not then I will be able to help

Everyone, my account was permanently disabled a few days ago after appeal for violating Instagrams terms of service regarding “Community Standards on sexualization of children.”

For the record, this accusation is 100% false. I have NEVER done anything like that and it is totally outrageous and slanderous that Instagram’s enforcement AI accused me of this. No warning, no restrictions, just instant suspension in the middle of the night and near instant denial of my appeal the next morning (no ID requested).

I have been sending Instagram emails every few days with no success.

I also made a new account but that seems to be getting restricted “daily” even though it always gets immediately unrestricted after providing photo ID.

I’m considering reporting a “technical issue” on my new account to see if I can get someone to look at it. Likely my new account will be toast since I guess it’s against terms to make a new account after a suspension (didn’t know that when I made the new account and probably why it’s getting restricted). But my hope is that someone on the other end will actually look at my old account. Any human looking at it would immediately realize a mistake.

Anyone think this is worth a shot?

I’m willing to try anything at this point (except give anyone other than my lawyer money for a demand letter).

Thanks for reading.
IG sometimes misflags accounts with their automated systems — it’s happened to plenty of people. Opening a support ticket through the app can help, but there’s no guarantee. Just make sure your new account stays in a clean, consistent environment (same device/IP/fingerprint — an antidetect setup helps) so it doesn’t keep getting auto-restricted while you wait. It’s still worth trying, since any real human review has a better chance of correcting the mistake.

Hey OP, bumping this - did you get any luck?

I also created an AI influencer/digital avatar Instagram account that was clearly labeled (AI in the username and category set to Digital Creator) and used only for entertainment, no scams or impersonation, but it was disabled for “fraud and deception.” (different reason for yours, but still an unfair ban). During the appeal they required a video selfie (I used my own face), and shortly after it was permanently disabled with “no further review,” saying the account can’t be found and all info will be deleted (screenshot attached). Has anyone recovered an account after a final fraud/deception disable, and if so what worked (Meta Verified, Business Suite/support ticket, etc.), or what triggers this for clearly labeled AI accounts?

Any help would be appreciated!

You need to write to support and try to reach a live moderator. I think they will be able to solve your problem.

You're getting flagged because you login from the same IP. Consider using an anti detect browser with 4G proxies and create a new account from there and see how it goes. But don't use any automation on the new account and warm it up slowly in order to avoid future bans.

Unfortunately, once an account is flagged for that specific reason, the AI is extremely strict. Reporting a technical issue on a new account won't help; it will likely just get your new account linked and banned too. Your best bet is to try the meta verified support route on a new account or a demand letter, as human review is almost impossible to get otherwise.

New accounts after a permanent ban often get flagged automatically. I’d avoid creating more and focus on formal appeal/legal options instead.

If your account was permanently disabled on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, or X, it usually means either a serious policy violation or repeated flags triggered a final review. At this point your only real option is submitting a proper appeal through the official support form and waiting trying to bypass it with new accounts, same device, same IP, or same payment methods often just leads to another instant ban.
