Probably better using a PDF, especially as most computer users are slowly being conditioned not to trust EXE downloads if they aren't coming from a very trusted (ie big corporation) source. So that may also take away from your potential purchaser base ...

ooo brother...think a lil' further...they have a trial program...so they download that and try it and once my program works I don't bother about any other shit...

on a side note, you keep selling those pdf's and i'll stick to my way...honestly think creative! have some "mcafee" and "norton" images on the landing page...that will get you through it...and you may choose a different way such as maybe not advertise it as ".exe" in the first place...maybe just a zipped file...then maybe include a readme.txt and then an exe in that zip file...and as for the instructions I go about including them in the readme as well...

there are multiple ways...and direct selling is one of them and it still works...and gaming is a huge industry...another case study coming today about games...

I've had this campaign for more than month or so...the peak was more than 6k but as the time progressed it pushed itself down to 1k and then 500's...

it still works but not that much...with a twist, try a different demographic
