My side bar ad option is disabled. Only these are active

• Feeds
• Instant Articles
• In-stream videos
• Suggested videos

Is this happens when your adverts account is new for Facebook?? or FB activate that option after some no. of ads or the reason is different.

Please help me out, I also want to show my ads on the right side bar.
