I see that many of u guys are managing multiple websites. Do you add them all to the same G Webmaster tools and analytics account? How do u guys manage to stay under radar and keep developing multiple sites?

I'm getting paranoid over having 3-4 sites on my webmaster tools and analytics.

Wouldn't recommend adding them all into one account. If you use PBN's and get manually checked and busted for one site, they'll probably dip into your webmasters account and take a look around.

I've heard it's possible to set up more than one webmasters account - haven't done it myself, but it is something worth looking into. Also, you can just submit URLs here - https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/submit-url?hl=en_uk

I'm not doing any PBNs and I wouldn't even dare to put them up on any googel properties. I'm just worried about my money sites. All whitehat. I currently have them up on 2 WMTs which I use from the same ip.

I used to use webmaster tools but a few years back one of my sites received a manually penalty and a few days later so did others, as I saw in apost the other day avoid WMT's like the plague. There are other tools you can use to monitor your sites.

Good topic I too have always been curious about some of these things. But look at it this way. What about web design companies ? Legitimate businesses with a LLC tagged to them or whatnot, multiple high paying clients, SEO companies , whatever, and they would have to use possibly google webmaster tools, or google analytics , as possible weekly and or monthly updates may needed available to their paying clients. I could see a company having hundreds, if not more if you consider google wants the www, the non www, and the http versions all plugged in.

Based on that theory and reasoning if everything is white hat I would think there would not be a problem, I mean if google started dinging and banning all the major companies that use their services, they would go use a competitor, and that is a base they would not want to lose I am sure.

Just my thoughts, but as a business owner, and one who does web design as a side job, all of this has crossed my mind as mind as well, as of course you would keep personal on your personal, and business accounts with your business account, just for organizational purposes and or what not. So yeah multiple accounts, e-mails, multiple sites, I see how it could start to look a little suspect,

Would enjoy some more conversation, theorycrafting on this one if anyone is game.

What exactly do you mean by Google webmaster tools?

Depending on what the content of the website is, I may put them all under one Google Analytics account so it is easier for me to track. So my main work gmail may have 2-3 websites under that one gmail.

Most of the time though, each website has it's own gmail account and when I add the Google Analytics plugin on my website it will automatically connect to the gmail associated with that website.

If the content is vastly different, I will give it all of it's own webmaster tools. For example, I will not have a porn site on the same server, domain host, google analytics account as my teen fashion website.

Add 1-2 websites in each WMT account. If your sites are all whitehat, you can add more too if there is nothing blackhat. If you use PBN by any chance, DO NOT add them to your WMT account at all. They would anyways get indexed in 1-2 days if they are good.

No PBNs and all. I'm trying to create an authority site for adsense and doing it with an expired domain.

Doing something similar. I have my Amazon site on a different google account [gmail, search console & analytics] and my adsense site on another google account. Nothing blackhat on both the sites! I am getting paranoid about using 2 google accounts from same home ip

They can screw up big businesses but we need to remember the fact that big businesses have bigger pockets and so they can jump ships quite easily and up the game being all more careful the next time.

I'm all whitehat and I get paranoid about that as well. I hate how Google has every gmail you log into linked together. I prefer to keep all that stuff separate. It's almost to the point where I can't even log into gmail in a different browser without a phone verification. It's like I can only access gmail on Chrome.

Though GWT is useful, I don't use it. I don't like Analytics and I don't find it useful, so I don't use that one either.
