Multiple Google Play accounts on the same PC with me as the administrator

Good, guys these days I lost my main google play account .... UFF damn Google... but anyway the thing is that I was seeing several people managing several google accounts, but on behalf of other people ie the normal accounts with other data other ips on other pcs etc. etc. etc. etc., but me being the banned as the administrator from me same PC in which my main account was banned is that possible, if so it would save a lot of headaches with the issue of proxies and that (that is if I know I need another keystore etc. etc. etc. etc.

I mean is to use the different accounts in administrator mode from the same PC in different browsers)

u can buy an old cheap laptop and use new ip/5G sim card, use ur family card to buy the account / same for id and start as a new brand person, also generete the apps and images on the same cheap laptop , goodluck
