Multiple Facebook Advertising Accounts?

Hi there,

I ordered a Facebook coupon code on Fiverr the other day and successfully redeemed it with a new FB account. However, I had to fill out credit card information before I was able to redeem it. So my bank account is now connected with that FB account.

My question is, can I have multiple FB advertising accounts connected with one bank/paypal account, so as to be able to use the coupon codes on each of them separately?

Or is there any work around to overcome the credit card info?

According to me its not good to use one bank/paypal account for multiple FB advertising accounts.
