Multiple Domain Backlinking

New obviously..

So the question is, if I have multiple domains (say 6) that redirect to the same place, our main domain. What is the best way to backlink? Which domain(s) do I invest my time into backlinking? I am not familiar with why someone would backlink which domains or maybe only the main domain?

Only the main domain,
There's no reason to link to the redirecting domains as the links will be also redirected,
It will look more natural and keep most of the link juice to the main website

That is what I was thinking so thanks for the advice, greatly appreciated.
 
You are saying that you have 6 (A, B, C, D, E, F) these all are redirected to Domain Z...

Then you only have to create the backlinks for Domain Z, there is not need to create the backlinks for domains A to F....

I would suggest you to focus on building backlinks for your main domain because redirecting domains usually don't pass on as much strength, so putting effort into the main one gives you the most SEO boost.
 
Focus your backlinking efforts on the main domain to consolidate authority and avoid diluting SEO impact across multiple domains. This enhances the main domain's credibility and search engine ranking.
 
Focus your backlinking efforts on your main domain, as it's your primary site. Backlinks to redirected domains don’t add much SEO value.
 
Create backlinks for main domain and leave the rest as they are. Making backlinks for redirected domains aren't gonna help much to your main domain.

The best way to build high-quality backlinks to the main domain.

Domain redirection is an old-school method of link building.
Redirecting several domains to the main site is abnormal and Google can understand the trick.
That's why Google less the weight of link value from a domain redirection.


 
If the domains you are planning to redirect to your main website are not strong enough, don't expect much SEO boost.

Also, make sure these domains are at least in similar niches to avoid Googlebot having trouble with complex anchor text ratio.
 
Focus the Backlinks to your main domain should be created and left alone. Backlinks to redirected domains won't help much.
 
Contrary to what everyone else is saying, there are times where you will want to build to redirected domains. Testing out various velocity tolerances, different link types, or trying to give a page a temporary boost. Redirections can always be removed, and so you have at least a layer of armour if things go awry.
 
My opinion will be just concentrate on your main domain. Linking it with redirecting domains will not pass the strength and doesn't look natural also. So focus on the Main Domain to boost your credibility and ranking.

My suggestion would be focus on one domain backlinks it helps you to manage overall authority and it would impact in ranking for multiple domains the overall authority will not be much affective.
