Hi everybody. can anyone told me how i could create a second google developer account? is really entropay a good solution? what about virtual box? should I buy a new PC? or just formatting my old one? and thank you so much for your advices!

Virtualbox / vmware is fine, but you need different IP that your normal one.
Never log to your previous Google account from that IP/VMware machine.
Don't know about entropay these days, I believe that real CC from a friend would work better.

My way that i work I format my computer, after I use a new gmail with a new sim card, my only solution so that I get an eCard is ENTROPAY ! and there's always the best without any problem! if you found problems !check anything else ! ENTROPAY still working for me

Vmware , IP , that's it .

Entropay is a bad choice because they give you cc number which already exist and taken , so there is a chance that somebody is already purshase a google play account with same informations.

my advice is go buy some cc visa 50$ , 100$ , 150$ ..,

I think entropay can't give you a cc which already exist because the expiry date of the card can never be the same! and I use entropay for a long time, so in my opinion entropay this is not the problem

yes they entropay still for me too ,and they give new vcc not used one !

is entropay working these days? accounts seems like getting terminated with prior violations after like 1-3 weeks, with apps and without apps
