Now low Quality links going to impact your DA and I still dont trust them. Unless they get certificate from Google in writing with stamp.

Since the fall of Page Rank there are so many made up ratings these days. Trust flow, domain authority, domain rating, and whatnot. I'm not sure how accurate it will be but I'll definitely test it out. Between their tool, the Majestic one and Ahrefs I will always choose the Ahrefs rating. It just seems more realistic.

I agree that ahref is more realistic than others because of its metrics like citation score and industry-wise backlink data. Industry wise backlink data helps to understand the relevancy of the website.
I hope MOZ considers this in the new update coming on 5th March'19 and provides with more accurate data.
