First of all, this thread is NOT TO THE PUSSIES WHO DON'T KNOW HOW TO STAY ANONYMOUS AND START BRINGING THOSE "a guy I know went to jail blahblah" STORIES TO SCARE OFF THE OTHERS. IF YOU ARE ONE OF THOSE, PLEASE READ OR DON'T READ BUT DON'T COMMENT IN THIS THREAD FOR GOD' SAKE. THANKS.

Well, As all of you, I've always thought of starting my streaming movie website, I've seen many guys here talking about their journeys of how they made thousands of bucks from this niche.
So I've decided to start my own, (FYI I've already tried building one three years ago but... FAIL)
But it's okay because I've learned a lot from that experience, A LOT.

As I said, I started my new journey 70 days ago. So first of all, I bought a script from codecanyon to import movies, to be fair that wasn't a really good choice to start cuz wordpress save you a lot of time and effort but it's okay...

The first thing I did is that I chose to target a specific niche of traffic, tier1 of course cuz as you know won't be getting the same results with other tiers.. I used Google trends to understand how they search for movies, what keywords they use, what keywords are the best for my to use (less competition but better results), then I hired a freelancer from fiverr who made changes in the script's template (he did an amazing job), after that I used some free SEO tools and kept modifying the content of movie pages until I got a decent SEO score, of course I kept avoiding scapped content (IMDB plots, reviews, news etc..), I played with heading tags, images' alt and meta keywords..

The next thing I did is buying an offshore VPS and a domain name from another registrar and I uploaded my files in it and I started importing movies, I used videosource library to get movies links which I embedded in my database, I kept doing the same task for 60 days (I paid some guy who helped me importing all those movies), It's been really overwhelming and hard at the beginning but I knew that the hard work will pay off, Plus in the middle of my way I paid a freelancer who developed a tiny automated script which helped me a lot so now it's a 30k movie database.

The next step was putting an innocent DMCA disclaimer and a contact form so that you'll stay in the grey zone, of course this is just a measure of security but it's not sufficient specially if you start seeing your website escalating the ranks and getting shitload of traffic, anyway that's another topic, I'll post it soon in another thread with detailed steps of how to completely stay in the shadows.
After that, of course you'll be teasing google a little bit by adding your website in the webmasters zone and then let google robots do the rest.

After achieving this, I started seeing some guys visiting me, 300 unique a day etc.. But that's not what I was expecting of course, I got myself a couple of google accounts and started posting comments in movies trailers without being too spammy, after 10 days google robots already indexed 20k of my pages, and then BAAAAAM! thousands a day were visiting until they shutdown my VPS (resources limit reached lol) so I got another VPS with better performance, speed and bandwidth and I applied to ad-center and propellerads, I got accepted and I made 17 sales the first 72 hours (total of 278$), which was enough for me to cover all the money I invested for the past two month :20$ VPS - 30$ movie script - 30$ domain - 16$ for that tiny automated script - 10$ for template modifications and 30$ for the guy who helped me importing all those movies into the database.

It may seems a lot but believe me, YOU MUST invest some bucks in the beginning if you want to start making A LOT 100x times a month or even more, the first time I failed was because of this point, I wasn't able to buy automated scripts or vps etc.. But if you are a talented developer you CAN do it without investing anything, see blackhatworld.com/seo/journey-to-10k-month-through-automated-movie-streaming-platform.913279/ for more information.

Finally, I was aware that the power of my website resides in it's database, so I duplicated it and made changes at the template and content and targeted traffic and started 10 more websites and the results were very interesting and more than I expected. But I didn't stop, I kept looking for more income methods, I kept developing the website's platform and then I sold 4 ready clones of it.

The last thing I want to say to those who are interested in starting a movies websites and start making money easily, you can start with a simple wordpress/dooplay and videosource library, there's a whole bunch of topics and guide and videos showing how to install and get started with dooplay, just please, be creative and don't be just another "failed copy-pasting story" and I promise you, there's a hungry traffic out there looking for the right website where they can watch, so you know where to get any movie with 1080p quality for free with subtitles etc. THIS DOESNT MEAN THAT EVERYBODY DOES KNOW HOW TO GET IT, not everybody knows 123movies or kodi or extratorrent. Just be patient and work on it the first month, 2 or even 3, be SEO friendly as possible and provide good quality content, put ads, start making cash, clone it or sell it or whatever, repeat......

So you updated the plots of around 30k movies, all unique content?

So you didn't host movies, basically just recreated IMDB? haha Sorry, didn't quite get it yet.

you don't make shit stfu noob

duude I feel you.. stop spreading hate lol
again, 50% of my traffic is US, about 20% is UK, the other 15% is shared between Canada and Australia, you do the math.. Or, you stop hating and start doing something useful with your life. Last reply for you.
