hi guys i have been thinking to start a movie website but there is few question i really need to know

1) Can i upload movies , TV series without copyright. like this site fmovies.to (in other words i want to know how to make a website like this)

2) How much does it cost me

3) Is there any chances to get banned in future

You're so uninformed that I suggest you don't start it at all.

1) Uploading movies without the proper license is a violation of copyright laws.
2) Uploading movies doesn't cost you anything if you know where to look, e.g. video hosts.
3) Yes.
 
you can do embed video, and you always safe :) i dont suggest you upload movies to your site

you need a host that accept that, which is very hard to fined
