Dear all,
I ask for your help if anyone had experiences for such problem,pls show me step by step to do :
I bought a Windows Hosting plan and ran all my wordpress websites at this account ( call it old account ,because I bought it last year ).Early this year I just bought a new package ( call it new account ) same features and the hosting company gave me a new user name/password ..however when I log in my old account ( Plesk panel ) I also see my new hosting plan (user name ) as a subscription then I have 02 subscriptions webspaces in old account.Now the troubles happen when the old account/plan end up and I asked the Hosting company how to move all my domains/WP websites/database from old account to the new account and they said that I can delete all domains and recreate all in new account and export/import databases (SQL files)
I really dont understand and never did something like this before and dont know if I do as they said ..all my webs and all databases run OK ?
or can I use FTP to download all databases and re up again into my new account ?why there no way to move all things from a hosting subscription to anothr ?
