Most important IM skill for you ..

The most important skill in IM by far, is to TAKE ACTION, and implement the methods and concepts presented on this site.

I would say persistence. The word alone is pretty self explanatory.

+1 for this. Which is annoying because I have mild aspergers which means I have a million motivations in a very short space of time, then I feel depressed for a few days.

Quality information making the reader want to subscribe to you without "pushing" him to.
A happy reader would buy your promo stuff even he knows that you'll have profit from it.

And of course marketing.

is not about work hard,
is about smart work

presistence, consistency, patience, communication <-- can develope all seo ppc coding

but design require artistic talent

Understanding the Financial Aspects of Marketing, (and of course Product, Place, Price, Promotion)
offline, and how it relates into building a sustainable online business :)

If one cannot design wordpress blog then how will he succeed in his IM ventures, so the first thing he should know is to build a WP blog i suppose...

I don't know this called skill or not but ability to take action is most important thing.

IDEAS are the #1 tool/resource in IM,

Second is Money, WHY? because everything can be outsourced.

Of course its always better to do everything in house to keep your Niches, Landing Pages, Ideas etc safe from thieves etc and that the risk you run when you outsource but without money you wont be able to accomplish nothing efficiently or be productive in a timely matter.

I would say coding, because you'll get everything automated that way, and you'll be able to focus on other things.

You can't tie coding to marketing but programming is at heart for me. I spend countless hours trying to perfect my programs.

But I try to learn every skill in IM to have an overview of what's going on.

Perseverance.
I climbed from 0 to few K a month 2 times already and I will soon have to do it for the third time.
If it wasn't for perseverance, I wouldn't be here.

Attitude - Followed by Persistence - Relentless Execution - Ability to Fail and keep going - Smooth Precision when you find a winner - Work Ethic - Systems
