Never heard of these networks but you can have good results with ppc and cpa offers. You just need a budget to test b3cause you are going to test some stuff first. Ppc works but u should research a few things before u start it.

There are hundreds of PPC networks, my database has 600, so there's lots of places where one can advertise online. The question is if you should even be advertising there. A lot of those 600 for instance are specific to adult entertainment. If you sell something that would appeal to the people visiting those kinds of sites, you might do well. If you're trying to sell office supplies, it probably won't work. It will depend on your message and if they want/need your product.

The best kind of networks are search. One is more inclined to click a promising ad and eventually buy when they searched for it. They qualified themselves by the terms they searched on Google, Bing or Yahoo. Less so when they are interrupted while surfing other sites which is what most of those other networks are, much like ads on radio, TV or print. It's more to create awareness which may be what you need depending on the product.

I've never used the two networks you mention. Infolinks if my memory is correct is one where words on a site are linked to your page. I don't know what your product is so I can't tell if this would be good for you.

There're hundreds (thousands) of different networks available to sell you traffic or to monetize yours, however, working with CPA campaigns you should talk to the network first as not all networks like to send their traffic to CPA sites. You probably going to get the best results from native(content discovery) ad networks.
