There are hundreds of PPC networks, my database has 600, so there's lots of places where one can advertise online. The question is if you should even be advertising there. A lot of those 600 for instance are specific to adult entertainment. If you sell something that would appeal to the people visiting those kinds of sites, you might do well. If you're trying to sell office supplies, it probably won't work. It will depend on your message and if they want/need your product.
The best kind of networks are search. One is more inclined to click a promising ad and eventually buy when they searched for it. They qualified themselves by the terms they searched on Google, Bing or Yahoo. Less so when they are interrupted while surfing other sites which is what most of those other networks are, much like ads on radio, TV or print. It's more to create awareness which may be what you need depending on the product.
I've never used the two networks you mention. Infolinks if my memory is correct is one where words on a site are linked to your page. I don't know what your product is so I can't tell if this would be good for you.
