monetizing videos with apple logo?

Hi there guys,

I'm wondering if it's okay to monetize those type of videos showing iphone concept phones, where apple logo and perhaps app's icons are shown. I'm new user and seems like i can't post links but this is an example of what I mean: check for this video in youtube: /watch?v=YgPBI5orWd4

Seems like there are a lot of them around and they get tons of visits. Isn't it violating any type of copyrights? are these type of videos monetized?

I highly doubt it would be claimed as copyrights since the company itself wants to gain advertisement in this form.

Thanks for your reply! Sounds good. I'm a CGI artist specialized in 'shiny' advertising and I plan to do stuff like this in my spare time as a chance to get some extra income.
