What do you think is the best way to monetize aside from ppd?

You could put different kinds of ads around the content that have to do with your niche. There's lots of different adult affiliate programs out there to choose from.

You could categorize the certain niches in your porn videos and then see which category gets the most hits and possibly use a content blocker to let them view their favorite porn. Pay Per Profile on the sides of your site. Free picture emails... etc there are thousands of options.
