hello, I have been wondering this for a long time, and I would like to know, I have a friend who told me about it some time ago, but he manages to monetize his YouTube channel with fake views,
I wanted to know if it possible, it seems complicated to me and if this is possible it requires in my opinion one of the best smm on the market.

Yes of course. You can purchase watch hour views and monetize your channel. I have used the method to monetize over 100 channels and its not an issue at all.

Well he is buying subs + watch time to get channel monetized, (he is paying some one else is providing farm service to him).
Are you interested in buying service or learning to farm gmail accounts or buying monetized youtube channel what exactly do you want sir.

i'm looking to buy views to start monetizing my youtube channel, i already have 4000h of views

For the watch time produce 5-7 videos 5min + and then there are ways to get them fast spiked. The watchtime will fall, so you need to apply for Adsense real quick.

But this is experience of 1 year ago.
Now that the watchtime is updated once a week, don’t know what YouTube has changed in their backends.

You can go and buy watchtime or dyor and find ways to reach the target yourself and save 60-65% (don’t ask me please, I’m not familiar with the recent updates)
Bots are also not working properly at least the one I had used.
But still there are ways of getting better CTR.
At the end you need a solid community, doesn’t bring a lot when you cheat yourself up - and pay for views to get ad revenue - this calculations mostly are red
