I try to sell shoutouts but I cant sell. I send messages and people dont answer... What can I do?

So try CPA, there are tons of tutorial about it on BHW

There are sites where you can sell shoutouts like: buysellshoutout and shoutoutcart

For I also think shoutouts is the ideal way of monetizing since CPA might turn out to be the account's nemesis.It is just too risky for bigger accounts.I might be wrong though.
