Monetization Route for F1 Site

Hello;

I have a site that belongs to a former Formula 1 racing team. Took me a while bartering for this domain but finally got it. The site is about 20 years old, pretty low authority metrics.

I am having a hard time on figuring out how to properly monetize the site.

I have contemplated dropshipping Formula 1 merchandise, but am unsure as to how difficult that would be as well....its Formula 1 here and their merchandise is ridiculously expensive even off the circuit. I have also thought about doing print on demand with the racing team's imagery but am unsure at the moment on the legality of using their logo even though the team disbanded 20 years ago.

I have also thought about turning it into a sort of historic archive of the team's racing history indexing anything and everything about the team. I'm personally very passionate about this team, so I would enjoy sort of making the site into a tribute to the team. Possibly adding some ads later on or some other way to earn some money from it?

I cant really think of any other ways to capitalize on a site like this.

Any suggestions, ideas, experience with this sort of deal would be greatly appreciated!
