I know you're reasonable, and the one support PM I have with you was actually very pleasant and shows this.@Zwielicht don't get me wrong I have no issue with 99% of the stuff mods do. Indeed I have probably sent more apologies to mods than anything else.
But occasionally there is an issue I would like addressed and as outlined we often don't know who the mod is, so how can we complain? When I have inquired, including the times I mentioned, all goes silent on your end.
If you have an outstanding issues you feel need to be resolved, feel free to send in a support ticket as this is where members are expected to go for complaints. As previously stated, they can see every action taken on the forum and which moderator handled it.
Logic and practicality need to be applied across the board, not just for paid members. Paid members are not moderated any differently than free members here as this is not pay-to-play mobile app.Even if you do this, my only suggestion in case of deleting a post of a paid member, mods team need to be more logical and practical.
And, that is suggestion coz I feel rules are being implemented too strictly, without seeing any past decision.
On a related note, some members often think we need to give them special benefits because they pay thousands a month in advertising on the forum. Do you think we should do this? What if we went ahead and gave these members the priority they request in the BST reviews section and BST submissions like yours get put at the bottom of the pile? You'd most likely open up a thread saying it's unfair.
