Moderator name should be added with action

@Zwielicht don't get me wrong I have no issue with 99% of the stuff mods do. Indeed I have probably sent more apologies to mods than anything else.

But occasionally there is an issue I would like addressed and as outlined we often don't know who the mod is, so how can we complain? When I have inquired, including the times I mentioned, all goes silent on your end.
I know you're reasonable, and the one support PM I have with you was actually very pleasant and shows this.

If you have an outstanding issues you feel need to be resolved, feel free to send in a support ticket as this is where members are expected to go for complaints. As previously stated, they can see every action taken on the forum and which moderator handled it.
Even if you do this, my only suggestion in case of deleting a post of a paid member, mods team need to be more logical and practical.

And, that is suggestion coz I feel rules are being implemented too strictly, without seeing any past decision.
Logic and practicality need to be applied across the board, not just for paid members. Paid members are not moderated any differently than free members here as this is not pay-to-play mobile app.

On a related note, some members often think we need to give them special benefits because they pay thousands a month in advertising on the forum. Do you think we should do this? What if we went ahead and gave these members the priority they request in the BST reviews section and BST submissions like yours get put at the bottom of the pile? You'd most likely open up a thread saying it's unfair.

I'm sorry, I don't understand what you're saying here. Can you elaborate?

In HAF and WTB only paid members can post.

I understand $97 is nothing. But still, that is being paid to advertise my business in those section.

If someone asking that "I need xyz service PM me. "

I should be able to put or advertise my other contact details in reply.

And, this is not just spamming, I guess. Also, this is very logical and practical.

No you should not be able to advertise there if they ask you to PM as that is advertising without paying as I have told you multiple times.

Oh, this is about the specific moderator action now? I thought we were talking about transparency...

BTB has already told you why your post did not adhere to the rules. If this thread was really just all about your post being deleted, then maybe that should have been clarified in the opening post.

Not actually, that was a reference so that if possible future actions should become more strict or should be completely avoided.

Rules are added and clarified, but rarely changed.

It's stated in the hire a freelancer section rules that the paid members who reply are not permitted to use the section to advertise their services. If we start allowing members to advertise their services in those sections, we're inevitably going to have someone whinging about how it's unfair that they had to pay $30 to list a BST when "Member X" now gets to advertise their services in the HAF and WTB sections.
Rules for Replying
To reply to a Hire a Freelancer thread you will need to have an active Jr VIP, Premium or Marketplace seller subscription.

We also advise that if you currently have a marketplace thread which is relevant to the OP's request, please link it when you reply. This will enable the user to see your reviews and mod approval.

Do not use this section to advertise your services

Do not post a thread here advertising your services, products or sites as these will be deleted and you will receive a warning. To advertise your services on blackhatworld, you can submit a thread to our marketplace as long as you have an active Jr VIP or Marketplace Seller subscription. You can find more information on submitting a marketplace thread here: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/m...-post-updated-no-sales-thread-bumping.387929/
I remember years ago when the forum changed these sections to only allow responses from Jr. VIPs and premium members, we had people complaining that it was unfair that only upgraded members could sell in these sections. Round and round the complaints go.

Not actually, that was a reference so that if possible future actions should become more strict or should be completely avoided. I am speaking on behalf of Jr.Vip freelancers.
I appreciate the suggestion being made, but this looks more like a roundabout way to complain about your post being deleted, even though it clearly states in the HAF rules thread "Do not use this section to advertise your services".

Any further posts in this thread should be about the actual suggestion made in the OP. Posts about specific actions that were taken are not relevant and should probably be in another thread, as it's hard to address the points being made when they keep shifting to different topics.

With all due respect mate, you can't speak on my/Jr.VIPs behalf as we didn't select a Jr.VIP president yet as far as I remember. That is your own opinion and your own way of seeing things. Trust me, when I started my Jr.VIP journey on BHW, I was also thinking that the rules/actions are not strict but then I realized without the proper structure, BHW - as big as it is right now - is going to fall apart.

You just have to be more careful when going through the HAF and WTB threads. If the seller states that he wants to be PMed with more details - do that. If the seller states that he wants people to reply on his own thread from where he can select one, make a post that you are interested. Don't forget that you have your signature space to use for advertising purposes. I have probably sent more than 500+ PMs to HAF and WTB people and never had any problem with that.

I never had any problems sending pms in response to haf/wtb as well. I always mention the thread in the pm so that the member knows that I am not spamming him.

Another thing I have noticed is members randomly tagging/vouching other sellers on non haf/wtb threads. For example, someone famous for sharing themes and templates (i am a big fan of his shares. Nothing against him, and it is not his fault). By theory, these should also be against the terms; or is it? :)

Hmm..
I'm trying to understand this rule. Please pardon my stupidity.

So let's say a member post in WTB thread:
Looking to buy 500 YouTube and Facebook Accounts.

And one with a Jr.VIP account replies the following:
We sell Youtube, Facebook, Instagram and other social media accounts for fair price. Please contact us via skype : xxx

Is this breaking the rule?

If you would have asked this question before , I won't be posting so many replies here.

I want to add answer further, even if you write:
Add me on skype xxxx

That is also spam advertising.

didnt you get the memo - its me lol. i take 3 days off from the last
4 days and i miss all the fun. sup B,Z.

Actually might be against rules on the ground that BHW staff would like the deal to be done completely on bhw. But for some services likes seo or others some discussion is required.

As far as I have any sales thread in this forum, and I can bid it should not be against rules. Coz, I am just mentioning contact detail to exchange files.
