Hey, How do I make my website mobile friendly. I just don't understand some of the free themes I'm using in wordpress do it automatically.

This time, most of the WordPress theme did mobile friendly site.
So anyone can use that site from anywhere.

You can make your site mobile-friendly topically by using a "responsive" theme. This means it will automatically re-size to match the viewing dimensions of the device the site is being viewed on. If you want to make an html site as opposed to wordpress and have it be responsive you will need to design, locate, or buy a template that you can use. I think a lot of guys use the "Twitter Bootstrap" template as a general guide to building "responsive" html5 websites.

In my opinion if you lack technical skills and/or do not have the energy to search google to learn to do base html designing - then your best bet is to use pre-existing resources such as wordpress with a "responsive" theme. A lot of folks in your situation might simply opt to convert their html website into a wordpress one, but honestly - it would be easier to just make what you already have responsive assuming you have a baseline of minor technical skills, know how to read, and are comfortable teaching yourself how to do something.

Good luck!

My wordpress theme isn't responsive... I could hire someone on fiverr I guess to do it.

I would be careful with handing over your site to a Fiverr gig. Also it may be easier to simply switch to a responsive theme (if such a thing exists, I'm not a wordpress supporter at all).
