Misrepresentation suspention questions.

Hello, so I usually know the answers to my questions about Google Ads but was looking for some outside input.

Anyway, I cloak a BH campaign and have gotten it perfect so that I pass manual review/billing review. Now, the campaign will go on for 2-3 days or when it hits around 300$ spend and go into another review and it will get killed every time for misrepresentation. My cloaked site is related to my niche somewhat and it is a fresh site.

I am going to try different keywords because I feel one of them is high competition and driving the reviews but am not too sure.

What could it be?

Misrepresentation suspension ? Make sure your campaign (ad text, keywords) and website (or video, app, etc) are all in "sync".
For example do not have keywords related to apple, ad text related to monkeys and website related to planet Mars. All must be well "synced" otherwise you will get Misrepresentation suspension.
