Minus - likes in YouTube Analytics?

I was just checking my YouTube analytics randomly and wanted to look at the "likes and dislikes" analytics section. When I clicked "likes" from geography, the top country was Romania with 20 likes (even though I have around 900 likes on my video.

When I click the "dislikes" filter - the top country was US (with 5 dislikes), although I noticed it had -316 in the likes section (no other country had this - symbol before it).

Does anyone know what this mean? Does YouTube remove likes from certain sources? e.g. u2bviews, Vagex, Enhance views?

my guess it would be because closed / banned accounts , im not sure tho

316 closed accounts? Normally people just use a fake/ random account for liking videos.... mine have never been banned for continuously subscribing and liking videos.
