MGID Push Traffic

Recently I was reading up on push traffic (or push ads) and I found out MGID provides push ads.. anyone got experience with them?

I am looking to get started in push traffic , anyone can give me a hint what are the best networks?
Other than propeller because they are scammers basically.

Yes we have used them quite a bit with push ads. the results have been very poor compared to other more traditional media ads. We got about 1/3 back from the investment but that's thanks to a few accounts we got. we run it over 3 months with strategies in Canada.

Any good push traffic networks that are good?

Or is push ads all shit? Kinda like pop traffic
 
Depends what you want from it, if you want people to actually take out their credit card and pay for something I don't recommend it, as the ads are a target to freebie users.

We are now only doing PPC, mostly from Google. Much more expensive but no risk of fraud as Google refund directly and value of customers are like night and day.

Direct linking was never my cup of tea.

I want to build an email list on a budget. Offer a freebie, warmup the leads then go for the kill, will that work?


I know test, but I want to know if this plan is feasible or am I just putting too much hope on this traffic?

To be honest affiliate marketing is starting to look dull. I mean you got to have some deep pockets for ads or your f*ed

And not to mention CPC is rasing each year, 5 years from now it will be completely dead
 
Totally agree with you, it's getting more difficult to find valuable traffic. If you just looking to collect leads, make some "fake" offers, works so so to collect some data. We did that in Latin Am a lot a few years back and worked really good. Then push traffic might enough.

Kind of, we were running other media campaigns simultaneously but the push didn't increase any verticals for my business. not saying it wont work for others. just sharing my experience

I think Push notification are not supposed to be annoying/scammers as all advertising think... have good push service know exactly how to target their audience
Admaven has good push service, I know that from my experienc.

Well, I received decent traffic from MGID. I was running Rummy Central gambling offer for about a month with push traffic. My budget was $ 2k and I received 880 conversions, that is a pretty good result. My CPL goal was $3 but after campaign optimization, the actual CPL was $2.5. From my experience, I can recommend you to start push campaign in MGID. The push traffic was of decent quality. Now I am testing money making offers on the Asian region with MGID.

Why do you say propeller are scammers? I’ve made money from propellers pop ads never tried their push though. Just curious.

Wow good to know, Heard lots of people say propeller traffic is not good. Got few more questions hope you don't mind.

•Which Affiliate network did you use?
• Did you target a specific GEO?
• what is ROI you get after each time you run campaigns ?
 
Yeah, MGID does. Alternatively, there is how dud's use a browser notifier to display an option to allow notification in a website. When a user do he will be getting all your feeds.
