Most sites that have these have a <meta name="robots" content="noindex"> or the path in the robots.txt.
These pages are called link scrubbers, designed to prevent banklinks on the site by redirecting to your site through a noindex, nofollow or some even use javascript to redirect so there is never even a link on the page and you dont even get a 301/302 redirect.
This is a pointless method no one should waste their time on.
