Hello,

I'm trying to add Stripe payment gateway form in my checkout page, however in order to do so my Stripe account has to be verified.

Later i discovered that my country isn't supported among the list of Stripe, is there a way to go around that ?

Has any one of you ever succeded to solve a similar case ? Any solutions ?

That would be much appreciated.

Thank you in advance !

You can try to use a stealth PayPal account to accept payments online. There are a couple of services here that can help you with this.

Thanks for the suggestion, but those kind of accounts are very risky and can be deleted at any time, it's not suitable for a long term plan !

Get in a JV with someone who is in a supported country.

What does JV stands for ? Do you mean to buy an account from another person

Thank you for the clarification. I think i get what you mean, to do a partnership with someone else who lives in a supported country and who will have a LLC that will allow me to create a stripe account. Then i can divide the benefits with this new partner ?

Did i get the concept right ? or i'm i missing something ?

That is pretty spot on.

you can apply for stripe atlas

^ This. https://stripe.com/atlas. They'll get your business registered in US, so you won't face such restrictions ever in future. Be sure to read up on the fees though. There are both initial and ongoing charges, both from Stripe and US Govt.

You should ask Stripe support. They have a dedicated programs for that. It is mentioned here (Atlas)

Wow i'm amazed with the Atlas solution you gave me, that's exactly what i needed i wouldn't asked for a better solution. You solved my problem entirely. Thank you so much for your great support all !

I'll be needing definitly to dig up a lot more informations with their customer service. However, i have one last question if i may regarding the LLC that you use with Stripe, can you use the same LLC with it's own documents related to me with other platforms/organisations like paypal for example to prove that you have a legit business ?

Thank you again for all the precious that you are providing me with. Deeply greateful !

That's very reassuring. You've provided me with all the necessary informations to start my business. I'm glad i joined this great community :)

Thank you very much all for your answers & support.

Until the next time !

Kindly,

Maybe the israel workaround might still work for you.Just google it .Hope it helps.

I don't understand, why Israel in particular ? Can't i pick another country ?

I wouldn't recommend going around it. Try Stripe Atlas. If you find a loophole, it'll just get patched and you'll get fucked.

Yes you are probably right, i was thinking the same. I should go with the safest way even though i found another way to create an LLC and physical address which costs way less than what Stripe Atlas proposed but it's still risky i think. I must consider myself lucky that Stripe even offers such an option !

It's too bad though from what i found we can't use the address of the LLC as a physical address for my business, and i still don't know how i will pay or manage the taxes of the LLC, do they take care of that or do they link me with an agent (accountant).

Well i'm sure i'll find all these answers in the right time, until then i thank all of you for the solutions you've proposed to me. Thanks to you all the path is very clear in front of me :)

I appreciate your help !

My regards,
