Yeah, i understand that now, but for someone new as me it can be challenging if your forget to do one thing properly. For example if they are gonna be fully in charge of the LLC in the Atlas program there won't be an issue i guess, otherwise do they let you handle directly your LLC ?
Other than the LLC loopholes i don't see other ones, did i miss any ?

This is a good find will this work with Paypal Braintree that would be even better ?
You can always get a usa llc and ein even if you are a foreigner. That workd best for me

Yeah i found out that Stripe propose that service and does it for you, however there is highly risk of fraud that's very hard and almost impossible to manage, which might result into shutting down your account :/
If i may ask, how do you manage to keep your Stripe on in case you have one ?

You have to use Stripe Atlas , to do this.
Stripe will register your company with your valid documents within US region as per their legal TOS, and after that, you can use Stripe.
But these things are chargeable and with renewable charges. So, you can think about it.
Stripe support is very Good, you can contact them for your query to get a reply within 24-48hrs.

The best way to mitigate that risk is to always have backup accounts ready yo be switched

By renewable charges, you mean the taxes and fees of LLC ?

Atlas have two type of business account. Check it what best for you and they are charging monthly fees and yearly govt. fees for maintaining business setup.
If you apply they will send you details instruction how to process etc.

How do you maintain to remain active with this 1% return restriction they have, how do you counter those scams, are you using Stripe Radar or a third party solution ?
