I am a designer myself, i have a small team and i call them a ghost team because they are so multi-talented and always makes up a good stuff. I offered my team an extra percentage for each of the client signups under there design, so the logo creation is seriously not a cost to me or agency since i allowed them to use the logos in there portfolio; also by seeking permission from the corporate even if they are not interested in other services. Normally up to 30 ~ 45 minutes per one unique logo by an individual. If i talk about the profits, i'm saving $8k currently per month after all expenses. With more clients, my profits will jump to $10k per month anytime.
Again, it's a passive income. So, it's growing rapidly.
EDIT: The last campaign i ran where i bid for leads, costing $33 per lead. That's a goldmine i must say.
