Amazon, ebay, offline things you see (lamps, doors, windows, pens... pet insurance, car brands, boat brands)....just let your thoughts go wild.

Also try directories such as Ezinearticles...go articles etc.

See what categories and sub-categories they have etc.

Define great.

For me, probably 1-3 months maybe longer.

But for easy keywords that have 20K competition in quotes and 1K search, it can take you 1 week or 2 max.

Depends on your on page SEO and what type of off page you do.
