I'm in the SEO industry for many years and this guideline is very helpful, even I could learn a few things.

PS. Expired domains with good metrics are also a perfect way to build affiliate sites and rank them in a few weeks (8-12 weeks) for solid keywords.

Care to give some pointers? Affiliate might be a little bit easier.

Can scrapebox search for expired domain? and what's seed urls? Sorry a bit of a newb here

even though the post has been resurrected from 2019, it looks interesting ... has anyone tried to see if it still works?

cool method, but scrapebox cost 100$
i wish have some free tool to do the job

What to do if DR 0 and TF 20? Is such a domain worth buying ?

For 2022, which is more valuable than DR or TF?

Thanks for the insight. Really helpful. The drops will actually help in determining which to go for or not

In those cases you have to research yourself. Go to Majestic, check the linking profile they use to build up that TF 20. Go inside the webs you feel that are the most powerful and giving the biggest part of that TF and see if the link is there and what kind of link it is (nofol or dofol). In case everything is ok, then you may understand that Ahrefs could simply have not crawled that site yet for any reasons. Ahrefs is not infallible. This is why, at some point we have to do a manual research.

By the way, this article feels a little bit outdated or something. Nowadays instead of using Ronin, we can go straight with DHG (instead of doing two steps Ronin + DomDetailer) or even a cheaper option straight with Scrapebox Expired Domain plugin. Although, if we want to do a one-two-time scrape, Ronin is still cheaper with their weekly plan.
