What are the benefits of expired domains?
First we need Seed URLs, What are seed URLs? Those are URLs that we will insert to ''Domain Ronin'' Domain Ronin will scan those URLs to locate 404 / Expired domains.
What you need to get Seed URLS?
Open Scrapebox and paste them into the Harvester Box.
Once you clicked on Start harvesting ; Scrapebox will start to crawl in google SERP and search for relevant URLs of your niche based on your keywords. We need those URLs to crawl with Domain Ronin.
Domain Ronin
Now you need the seed URLs from Scrapebox. Copy them all and insert them to Domain Ronin. Domain Ronin Will crawl them all in order to find expired domains.
I already find some using my SEED list.
Once you got a bunch of domains ready in Domain ronin you can insert them Into DomDetailer to see if those Domains worth some money.

It's the money time Now... open Domdetailer and paste the list of the domains that you got from Domain Ronin Scan. Let's see if they are worth something. Oh yeah.. We found a bunch of domains that worth it.
Spam Check
Finding domains is the easy part. Now you need to check if those domains are spam free: With Spamzilla you can get an accurate point of view about your domain metrics. Just go private domains > Add domain Insert your domain and you will be able to see the whole history of it.
Before you think in terms of using this domain to build your PBN/Flip; You first check how many times it has been redirected & how many times it dropped. I personally, when I see that a domain redirected more then 5 times I am not bother myself with checking it at all. It was probably used to boost someone else domains and got penalized by G. Domain Drop is also critical. If it's dropped too many times; it should raise a concern regarding the domain.
Step 2
On Spamzilla; Click on ''SZ Score'' - It will lead you to a window where you can get a more in depth information regarding the domain. Before you want to FLIP it for $ you want to make sure that you are not selling a crappy domain to your clients. What you should be looking into before you decide to flip it?
Links History - Check if you have links from spammy websites
Anchors - Check if there are words like ''Viagra, Nike,Adidas'' pointing out to the expired domain.
Drops - Check how many times the domain dropped and the dates. If it's dropped 4-5 times at the same year you probably checking a crappy domain.

How I can determine the price of my domains, Professor?
Base your pricing on the domain metrics. Usually, people check the TF and charge 1$ for every 1TF.
So if you have a domain with TF10 you can flip it for $10. Some people consider nowadays TF as a not reliable metrics however, people still looking at it as a critical factor before they purchasing a domain.
Some clients will prefer to pay you based on your DA (Domain Authority) metrics and would not care about the TF. Bottom line is; that each client will have his own unique requirements. You should be focused on DA & TF.
