They clicked the links of hoster sites on my site. I also do both embed and links on another site. Both works the same.
I'm sorry I don't have a guide for beginner. But it's pretty straightforward. You can check 123movies for sample.
I used both. My own lander on the player, mediahub lander on download button. You should test it to see how it performs.

No, I don't host real movies.
I used wordpress without psyplay. Jwplayer would work if you want to embed the videos tho.
Hoster sites: openload, verystream, netu, vidtodo, etc. Yes you embed them or linking them on your site.
What's the reason of your penalty? Unnatural links? To me, dmca is the worst enemy. I never had a problem with google penalty.

I didn't even start building backlinks. The website had juice only because of social signals, they were natural as I used a content locker to gather likes and shares. I had several DMCA strikes and they kept coming until I suddenly stopped receiving 95% traffic, I went from being first on Google for dozens of keywords to being one of the unlucky website in the fifth page.
Also, which one of these hosting providers is the best in your opinion? I'm expecially interested in a reliable customer support team.

Yeah dmca sucks but that's the risk. This is why I ranked my homepage, not inners.
In terms of support, flaunt7. They have a live chat that online most of time.
I have stream movie site and now I get 1000 user visit per day 90% from US ( 3k5 page view) and I don't have any ads on the site.
Can you give me advice?

Try CPM network. You can get $4-$5 CPM with networks like Hilltopads and Admaven. Traffic must be from tier 1 countries.
So let's say you generated at least 1k impressions a day, that's $4 x 30 = $120/month.
Add mediahub too, and you might get 1 conversion per day that's $22,4 x 30 = $672/month.
In estimation, you can get $792/month with 1k USA visitors.

I got my first 5k visitors in the first 4-6 months after link building done. Then SERP is starting to look more promising and so traffic increased by the time goes by. Took me a year to get a solid 40k traffic. The site is 3 years old now. So yeah it takes time to get there, but it's worth it in the end.
I don't live in USA fortunately. So I'll be fine. Been doing this for years.
