This is a great post.

I love the detailed breakdown that you have.

I also love the screenshots that spell it out in terms of keyword difficulty and how to truly tease out the truth from search volume indicators.

Good job!

Thanks for sharing this amazing resource with the rest of the community.

If I may add something, it's one thing to find keywords using a free method, it's another to actually benefit from it.

Because the old days of keyword sniping, meaning just placing the keywords in the right strategic places in your content and watching the traffic roll in, are long gone.

Google has released update after update that focuses on the overall context of your page.

Thanks to machine learning artificial intelligence, contextual analysis are here to stay.

The good news is on us, online publishers, can stay ahead of Google by focusing on search intent.

So it's not enough to find the right keywords.

These keywords are "right" because they're easier to rank and they pull in some decent monthly search volume.

That is all well and good.

But at the end of the day, it must be all about user experience if you want to truly capitalize on the keywords that you've done all this research for.

And this all boils down to search intent.

If you put yourself in the shoes of the person that searched for that keyword, why would you use that keyword instead of another keyword?

What kind of experience are you looking for?

What are you trying to walk away with?

Now, your content should deliver on these.

There are two parts to this.

The emotional state, for instance, "if you are looking for a tutorial on SEO so the emotional state that you want to walk away with is that this stuff is understandable and doable."

The same applies to product searches or buyer guide searches.

You have to zero in on the experience that they're looking for.

Thanks for the tutorial. I like it because it saves me some of my money =)
