Hello BHW, been here a while and have made some good money from the methods posted here over the years.

So I thought I would finally give a little something back.

This method generated a lot of traffic for me but only made about £100.. Maybe some of you can twist it up and make some good cash. At the very least I hope this can help someone make their first $$ online.

    What you need:

    • Ebay/Amazon affiliate account.
    • 1 - 5 Facebook
    • 1 - 5 Twitter accounts
    • 1 - 5 Google Plus accounts
    • Time.

Getting on the first page of Google for the keywords "Iphone 5", "Ipad", "Samsung TV" etc. would be very easy to convert with Amazon and Ebay. These are extremely hard keywords to rank for... BUT after looking at the pages that do rank I found that many of them have a comments section. Tech Radar, Engadget etc. Especially the websites in the Google news section ;) which are always at the top for these keywords, those pages get a ton of traffic.

So, what do you do? - Search for a high competition keyword with 20k+ per month searches. For this example I will use "Iphone 5".
Open up all the pages on the first page of Google's results. Get an affiliate link for the product you wish to sell, in this case an Iphone 5. Now, some places you will have to sign up for an account to comment on the page, but many websites let you sign in with Facebook, Twitter and Google Plus. When you have logged in read some of the article and get an idea of what it's about. Then leave a comment with your affiliate link (Use bit.ly to track clicks and shorten) try to make the comment as relevant as possible. I used to comment things like this:

"Nice read, I broke three IPhone 4's but so far my iphone 5 is surviving, I bought a good case Ebay (AFFILIATE LINK) maybe that's what has saved it! I love the Iphone5 and would be lost with out it!"

Something better then that would be great, the messages was never my strong point lol. The key is to get your comment to stick, if it doesn't get removed you will get semi targeted traffic from that link for months. Using your social accounts will save you loads of time and hassle setting up accounts with these websites.

This can be done with most highly searched keywords, but I stopped doing this method because I hate spamming manually. If someone could automate this process you would make some good money. One of my links got over 500 clicks in an hour, I think it was on Engadget.. I check my bit.ly links occasionally and some of the links made in December 2013 are still getting traffic 6 months later..

    So in a nutshell:

    • Search in Google a keyword for a product you wish to sell.
    • Find the comments section on the pages which rank for that keyword.
    • Leave a relevant comment with your affiliate link included.
    • Use social accounts to log in and save time.

Go where the traffic is and you will get clicks!! But not always sales... Good luck!

    • Thanks Thanks x 8

If you setup GSA SER and other tools, this can be completely auto-piloted.

What an excellent mass traffic optimization (MTO) method, or twist on getting targeted traffic without direct reliance on doing your own ranking/SEO. This is an excellent way to get the same outcome (more clicks to the money site) without all the hassles of website management, do-follow link building, constant content creation, Google dancing, etc. What people forget about SE marketing is that it is an indirect form of traffic generation, is hyper-competitive, and keeps one dependent on obeying/gaming Google to get anywhere.

"Go where the traffic is" concentration on direct link-through clicks, via piggybacking on relevant sites with high-volume traffic, shows us a way out of the SEO drudgery. Some additional non-ranking ways to get effective direct link through traffic:

1- High volume forum traffic. Pick your niche, check through Alexa and Quantcast to find the highest traffic forums related to it, post away. See:
    Code:
    http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/making-money/515264-guide-step-step-pics-how-get-highly-targeted-traffic-make-money.html
2- YouTube volume traffic. Find the most trafficked/viral videos related to your niche, message the poster and ask them to add your link. Or better (since most will say no), create a video/playlist with the exact same keyword title and tags, viral element ("Bieber sucks" etc), compelling thumbnail (perhaps a sexy girl, or celebrity image, etc). Your uploads will almost certainly appear among the 'related videos,' and will draw lots of residual traffic to your video and its money link. See:
    Code:

3- Major sites' related pages. Most know this one. A live link from a niche related page on Yahoo Answers, Wikipedia, Google news, eBay etc can deliver a ton of visitors, regardless of its (usually) no-follow nature. Even a non-hyperlinked url on Craigslist can deliver good traffic, depending on the topic or if the ad sticks.

I don't think GSA can post to Disqus or Facebook blog comments, but do share if I am wrong :)

Depends. Some posters will do it for free, some will want a one time or ongoing fee. The key is that most of them don't have any monetizing designs of their own, and may have no idea what their viral monster video is worth, so you could end up "buying Manhattan for $24" in this manner. Going the 'related videos' path avoids making you have to 'media buy' in this fashion. Leith has explained the 'ask posters' method here:

Then redirect the traffic to your sites simple landing page that has an Amazon widget on it. Just another layer of protection.

Of course it is haha. There are ways that you can also cloak it even more; maybe run it through a link shortener.

Haha, are you assuming that I am a beast with affiliate sites? I don't even know the half. It would probably be much better to start a thread when you get into Amazon Affiliates. However, I could tell you some public knowledge for some money haha.

This def works, as I made my first wedge doing this. You can also use redirects to good use!

Cloak the links to be safe if you are direct spamming to Amazon... Better safe then sorry! Im not going to show screen shots of my affiliate account as my main source of income is from that account and it's simply just not worth the risk.

BUT this is a screen shot of the traffic I got from engadget before they removed my link - bhw.jpg

No you read it right, I didn't get many sales but I only spent about two hours spamming.. So £50 an hour. Boring two hours...
