Disabling Likes and comments on videos makes then look way more scammy in my opinion. Better set comments to "approved only" and balance the dislikes out with likes from addmefast or any other supplier.
Also, uploading fake files to PPD networks is not allowed, better go with the password method. Password protect your fake file and include a text document with a link to the required password, which you upload in form of a text document at your PPD network. Most networks don't really care if you make money with fake files, they just don't want them on their servers (understandable).

I am having trouble understanding this password thing? I am completely new to ppd. So basically in your youtube video description instead of putting a link to a fake keygen or something, you would just put a link that links to a word doc file with a password? I know this is a dumb question to most of you. With ppd do they pay you when someone downloads the file or when someone fills out a survey or offer?

You upload a text file to your ppd account that contains the password and link to the fake content that's hosted on another site (mediafire, rapidshare, etc). You get paid every time someone completes a survey.
Could you do pictures? with ppd? Because i was thinking and i dont really care if this saturated or im sure people are already doing it. But what about celebrities kids baby pictures. Kanye and kim still have not released and pics of their kid if im not mistaken?

You can promote what ever you want, as long as you think you can drive enough targeted traffic to make money off of it. You're on the right track though people are willing to fill out a survey for something that involves celebrities , scandals, and/or free.

I just thought of a way to kind of beat the system of even having to put fake files up.
"dude does survey, gets the password and link to the "content" "
dude pastes link into the addy bar, hits enter....
"We are sorry, the file you are trying to access has been removed due to copyright claims"
triple win, if you can pull it off.
plus, dude may email you back, claiming the file has been taken down, and of course, you provide new info all over again.
reminding him to hurry, because its a cat and mouse game with the"real" owner of the file

I remember back in the day when Rhianna had naked photos leaked, I set up a website "NudeRhiannaPics.com" or something like that. Then I threw up a content locker with a custom gateway, some youtube work, then I was making $xx per day for a few months off of an hour of work. I have been out of the game for a while though, I never understood how hard it was to work for a dollar, but since I have my first real job out of college, I want to get back to the easy money
I am curious, with todays PPD, do most networks offer ways to lock files? Or is that on our end? And how do your landing pages look to get the file downloads? And if you feel bad, you could always instill hope in the "locked file" After they download and open the first locked file for the password, you could have the actual .doc file say "Sorry, we had to remove the keys as we ran out! Try one of the below sites, they might have some left!" Then you could perhaps coax the same person into two downloads?

Thanks for the idea and will start explore youtube marketing with voice over, never done it before and hope can see the result to motivate me work more on it.
Sorry again but why would i have to use mediafire, repidshare, ect. Couldnt i just go on youtube, make a video, put a link of my file in descripton. They fill out offer they download it and thats the end of it. Im just confused about the mediafire thing what does that do or the purpose of that?
Didn't have much success on my test run. I got about 160 emails and only earned $1. Conversion rate of about 5.5% for those that actually clicked. I sent the direct link instead of making a YouTube video. Most people seemed too smart to fall for it...perhaps I was targeting the wrong type of audience.
May i ask you what you were promoting? What type of audience or niche? This method should work tho. It probably was just your audience and you should use youtube videos. this is my first time using youtube and ppd, but according to most people on this forum doing those methods they are making money. If people are actually emailing you what does that tell you? it tells you they are interested in what ever you told them you have. You did the hard part by getting traffic right? Now just find a way to make it convert.
