Hi Folks,
Just something I figured out while recreating this:
You can use .CSV files instead of a .txt file for input.
This will help you to avoid having to take care of text formatting.
So you make one Column at A-1 called: quotes, one Column at B-1 called: credit and one Column at C-1 called: image (or whatever you wanna call it)
Then you just fill the columns down as you would normally do, just copy paste them in from your scraped .txt file.
Then just do everything as described in the initial post.
This helps save a lot of time spent on otherwise formatting and fixing the .txt file. Because no string limiters (" and ' ) or commas are needed.
