Do you have to always run the accounts on the IP addresses that you used to create them or are the new IPs only for creating accounts?

so i dont need to buy any proxy when creation?

should i buy ipv6 or ipv4 each accs to run the automation bot ? and how much it cost from stormproxies if they have it
 
Where do u buy your mail.ru Dont you get more pv and blocks when using this email, read about this on some journeys.

I tried creating gmails using rooted device and xprivacylua but it just doednt work and continues asking for pv.

and if it is safer to remove Instagram App and reinstall Instagram App again every round.... seems too much time consumption.
