I have been a member of BHW for quite some time now. As you can see, I am more of a lurker than an active poster. So I think the time has come to give something back to the community! Like most people I have had struggle to find the right kind of way to earn me some extra money online. BHW has been a great resource for this and I am proud to say I did find a method that worked for me. Now before I explain my method, I think it's only right to be transparent about this all:
In the time that I was earning money with this method I used my own domain and script (for the simple reason so that I would get 100% commission). I set my site to private and went on with my method. However, I personally do not prefer to directly work with adult methods so that's why I have stopped doing it. Well I did not completely stop! I changed my website to allow other users to join and upload images. SO...yes the site I am linking to in this post is my own website. BUT...that doesn't mean you have to use it, there are plenty of other websites to go with, it's your choice! I will tell you why I chose to use my own though.
So let's get on with the method!
Everybody knows sites like imagetwist and other PPV image hosting websites, they are a great source of income if you are starting with IM! The idea is simple; you upload images, users view it and you will get paid according to a certain rate. Nothing wrong with that, right?! Now what I have been doing is also uploading images and posting them on all kinds of websites. But I did not focus on the PPV model but more on the Pay Per Sale side. At first I was just trying but soon I began to realise it was actually working. I have put quite some hours into it, so do not expect any kind of autopilot income (not at the beginning atleast ).
1. Register an account
This is of course quite logical and easy. Just head over to imgdock.com/register.html and create an account. Easy! Do not forget to check your email for your password!
2. Starting uploading images
Now you will first need to orientate on which niche you will be focussing. When you want to earn money with PPV there are way more options (gaming, wallpapers(!), quotes, funny images, viral content etc.) than when you focus on PPS. However the PPS method will earn you more money and is easier to do (YOU get 100% of all sales made). But you need to know your audience before you start. What do they like? Where can I find them? How can I attract their attention? I recommend to create albums for yourself (simply to bring structure) and you can even use these to generate sales as well. Of course, only upload legal content or you can get banned.
Now I hear you ask yourself: why would anyone buy a membership to view images? Good question! Let me explain it to you...
On imgdock.com when someone views an image they will firstly have to wait 20 sec to continue and they will have to fill in a captcha. This they would have to do for every image! Of course there are also ads that may annoy the user a bit, which is just perfect for us! Because on the page is also shown how premium members have instant downloads, no wait times and no ads! The key in gaining sales is to create an authority on certain sites. Users need to know you deliver quality images and need to know that you are reliable. You can do this by uploading only HD pictures for example but do not limit yourself to images, I have had great results with promoting .gifs as well. This takes time of course but once you get the hang of it, you will see results coming in pretty quickly. It's not really rocket-science but it does work.
3. Driving traffic to your images
You should copy and use the link to the page of the image you want to promote. Now, where do you promote your images? There are plenty of galleries, forums, blogs and other websites you can post it on. . Posting on video's works as well just like setting up partnerships with Instagram accounts and website or blogs. Do not focus primarily on one method, the key is to be different and to think out of the box. Even if you do not get a lot of sales you will still make money, as you get paid for every view as well! Also there are no adult ads on the download page so it's easy to focus on other traffic as well! Search Google for websites related to your niche and make sure you check the market whether there bots available or not, they can automate a big chunk of work for you.
